Warning: Do NOT buy a single Self-Help Book unless it meets the following criteria...Why?
There is a lot of confusion surrounding the field of self-help books in terms of which ones work and which ones don't work. I want to give you 3 criteria you absolutely, positively must have before you buy any self-help book:
Make sure the author has real credentials from real colleges and training institutes. In over 15 years of clinical experience I have learned what works and what doesn't work. The book will give you real life tools and strategies that have a proven track record of success. Read the reviews and check my credentials on the following page. I am a genuine professional.
I have really bad news for you:Self-help books don't work. What??!! What I mean is that they don't work all by themselves. If they did, we would all be much further along in our lives and we wouldn't have to buy any more books, right?! Ask yourself where you will get the ongoing support after you have read the book.
